ALT Spinal Health & Rehab assists patients in Plainfield, NJ with understanding coverage for physical therapy and chiropractic care, including personal injury protection (PIP), workers' compensation, health insurance, and qualifying Letter of Protection (LOP) arrangements.

Coverage goes through your auto insurance (PIP – Personal Injury Protection), not your health insurance unless otherwise specified.

Claim number needed – bring your auto insurance claim number and adjuster information to your first visit so we can set up billing properly.

No out-of-pocket costs – treatment is typically covered fully under PIP.

For Workers’ Compensation, your medical expenses are covered under the Workers’ Compensation laws in New Jersey.

Coverage goes through your employer’s workers’ compensation insurance, not your personal health insurance.

Health Insurance

New Jersey is a jurisdiction that allows direct access to physical therapy and chiropractic services. This means that you are able to be evaluated and treated by a physical therapist and/or chiropractor without a prescription from your physician or healthcare professional.
