No Referral Needed

New Jersey allows direct access to physical therapy and chiropractic services under law (N.J.S.A. 45:9-37.18). This means you can be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist or chiropractor without first obtaining a prescription or referral from your physician or another healthcare provider.

 

While state law permits direct access, some insurance companies may still require a referral for coverage, and our team will help you navigate those requirements to ensure your care is coordinated and covered properly.
